Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the jos4d website at https://jos4d.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized views, and any associated software applications.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" or "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that have been credited to their Account and are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by jos4d that are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be directly withdrawn until rollover conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the minimum total betting turnover required before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process by which jos4d confirms a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before permitting withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to the Platform is restricted, blocked, or illegal under applicable local law.
• "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of jos4d, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or acts of war.

To register and maintain an Account on jos4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jos4d or voluntarily self-excluded through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jos4d or any affiliated entity.

To access real-money gaming features on jos4d, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), email address, and mobile phone number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• jos4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these terms.
• Any Account found to contain false or misleading registration information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must notify jos4d immediately via email at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

jos4d supports a range of Indonesian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, as well as digital e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following policies govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. Delays caused by banking system maintenance or network issues are beyond jos4d's direct control.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• jos4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) policies.
• jos4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled banking maintenance.
• Withdrawals from Bonus Balances are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied and the bonus has been converted to real money.
• jos4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Expedited or high-value transactions may be subject to fees as communicated at the time of the request.
• jos4d reserves the right to conduct additional AML checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified of any such checks via email.

jos4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered according to the stated rollover requirement before conversion to real money.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the total bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%-50%).
• Bonus offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, and payment method. Abuse of promotional offers through the creation of duplicate accounts or coordinated play will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• jos4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly prejudice Players who have already opted in and begun wagering.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet (commonly Rp 50,000 per spin or bet) may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Specific terms and conditions for each promotion are published on the jos4d website. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before opting into any offer.

All bets placed on jos4d are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective game provider and the specific house rules for each product category. General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been accepted by the jos4d system and a unique bet ID has been generated.
• jos4d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets accepted due to technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, or operator error.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the decision of the relevant game provider or jos4d management (where applicable) is final and binding.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are provided by the game studios and represent long-term statistical averages. Short-term results may vary significantly from RTP figures.
• For sportsbook bets, if a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the official result if one is declared within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time. jos4d is not liable for losses arising from delays in odds updates due to internet latency or connection issues on the Player's device.
• Settlement of togel (lottery) bets is based on the official results published by the designated lottery authority. jos4d does not operate the underlying lottery draw.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jos4d. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing information during live games or synchronized betting to exploit bonuses.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing any software, script, or automated tool to place bets, scrape odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not achievable through normal human gameplay.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds between jos4d and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, coordinating with others, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds displays, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using jos4d to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds or to transfer funds between parties without genuine gaming activity.
• Chargebacks and Payment Fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your Account.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in communications with jos4d staff or other Players via chat or email.

All content displayed on the jos4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, design elements, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of jos4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any content from jos4d without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Use the jos4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that suggests endorsement or partnership without our express written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any part of the Platform in a way that misrepresents the source or ownership of the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jos4d and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of stored information.
• Interruption of service due to Force Majeure Events, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.

In no event shall jos4d's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jos4d is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

• We may share your data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities to the extent necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements.

jos4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that you are underage, located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• Extended account inactivity (no login or gameplay for 12 consecutive months or more).
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balances and unredeemed promotional credits will be forfeited.

If your Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jos4d reserves the right to withhold any or all funds pending investigation and to pursue recovery of any losses incurred.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted on jos4d shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Most disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
• Step 2 – Formal Written Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance department, providing full details of the issue and any supporting documentation.
• Step 3 – Mediation: If the complaint cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to pursue good-faith mediation through a mutually agreed independent mediator before resorting to litigation.
• Step 4 – Arbitration or Litigation: As a last resort, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, as appropriate under Indonesian law.

jos4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Players. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must cease using jos4d and close your Account.

Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
